Exercise

My worse habit was eating at night!! So now since joining weight watchers I've changed my ways.  I eat my dinner when I get home from work and then I exercise at night.  When I get back from a work out, the hungry feeling is gone.  If it isn't then I'll have an apple and I'm satisfied with that.  I keep imagining how I'll feel when the weight on the scales will down. 

I highly recommend doing a new class that you enjoy.  Even if it's just one night a week, it's something to look forward to.  The last fortnight I've taken up  Pole Fitness.  It's such a good laugh plus you work up a sweat on the pole and you'll feel it in your arms.

Weight Watchers is great, there is no food that you can't have and that's why it works for me.  I wouldn't last too long on any diet that banned me from chocolate or carbs.

Joined weight watchers at the start of May in a mad panic to lose weight as I was turning the big 3-0 as a big 13 and a half stone!!

1st week down 6.5 lbs
2nd week down 3 lbs  ( turned 30 and over a half a stone lighter, not bad)
3rd week down 1.5lbs
4th week down 2lbs

So this week I'm aiming for 1lb to make it to my first stone!!  I am on the hunt for yummy recipes and lots of tips to keep me on track!!
