1 pro point hot choc to die for!!!!


If you love hot chocolate and you haven't yet tried any of the Options sachets then you are seriously missing out!!  All flavours are yummy but they have this new chocolate brownie one out.  Also try the hazelnut one, it's heavenly!!  Nice to have a little treat like this at night!

You're not going to get the butt you want by sitting on the one you have!


I heard this quote during the week.  It's so true.  That's why I've exercised like a lunatic all week!!  (Well I had one bad night which I'm also trying to make up for)

I find the more exercise that I do, the more that I want to do!! I feel lighter and fitter and the weight is coming off faster.  My legs are getting harder and my wobbly thighs are almost gone.

This week I also received my first compliments about my weight loss from people.  It was such a boost to my confidence!

I exercise at least 6 times a week and I don't "eat" the activity points.  Weigh in this morning, then I'm hitting the gym afterwards so I can enjoy a rest day on Sunday!

Cinema Snacks

I've always loved going to the cinema.  A big part of the cinema trip would involve me picking out as much junk food as possible and stuffing myself silly during the movie.  Sometimes my sweets/chocolate/ice-cream would be gone before the movie even started!!

My first trip to the cinema after I joined weight watchers was a bit scary.  I was afraid of not being able to enjoy the movie without all my junk food!!!

So what did I do?  I prepared myself for it!! Curly Wurly into my bag and a little 15g bag of popcorn.  Grab a diet coke. Total of 6 propoints. 

I've gone to the cinema 3 times in the last few weeks and that's my new routine! I don't blow my points, I still have my treat and I'm not coming out of the cinema feeling stuffed! 

Curly Wurlys are the best chocolate fix you can get for only 3 propoints!! Love them.  There's always a stash of them in the cupboard.

DOWN A STONE!!

Down 3lbs today, bringing that to 16lbs in 5 weeks.  I exercised a lot this week, i really really wanted to lose a stone.  I even used the gym a few times on my lunch breaks.  I went shopping and bought a new top and a nice fitted summer jacket.  I'm off to get my hair done too later.  It's my reward to myself.  The old me used food as a reward but not the new me!!!

Exercise

My worse habit was eating at night!! So now since joining weight watchers I've changed my ways.  I eat my dinner when I get home from work and then I exercise at night.  When I get back from a work out, the hungry feeling is gone.  If it isn't then I'll have an apple and I'm satisfied with that.  I keep imagining how I'll feel when the weight on the scales will down. 

I highly recommend doing a new class that you enjoy.  Even if it's just one night a week, it's something to look forward to.  The last fortnight I've taken up  Pole Fitness.  It's such a good laugh plus you work up a sweat on the pole and you'll feel it in your arms.
